How Custom Orders Work

1. After submitting your request, we’ll follow up via email or Shopify Inbox with next steps and instructions for sending photos or logos.

2. We Review & Confirm Details
After submitting your request, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
You can reply directly to that email to send photos, logos, or inspiration images.

3. Design & Creation Begins
Once approved, your custom piece is created with care and attention to detail.

4. Your Order Ships or Is Ready for Pickup
You’ll receive updates until your order is complete.

Rush orders may be available depending on timing.

Mockups are sent within 48 hours of the final consultation message, once all details are confirmed.

Yes — rush orders may be available depending on timing, order size, and availability.
Rush fees apply and must be approved before design work begins.
What is your payment policy for custom orders?A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before design work begins
The remaining balance is due before printing or production

Are custom orders final sale?Yes. All custom orders are final sale due to the personalized nature of the work.
Can I reorder a custom design later?Absolutely. Once a design has been created, reorders are easy.
