At Irie Vybyz Customs, each item is made to order and customized specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have the following policies in place:
All Sales Are Final on Custom Orders
All custom and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges once production has begun.
Custom items include (but are not limited to):

Custom apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, jackets)

Custom tumblers and drinkware

Custom shoes
-
Event bundles and personalized sets

Items featuring names, photos, dates, teams, or custom designs
Design Approval Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any design work begins.

Each custom order includes:

One initial design

Up to two mockups
-

Mockups are delivered within 48 hours of the final consultation message.

Production does not begin until final design approval is received.

Once approved, no changes can be made.
Production & Shipping Timeline

Custom orders typically ship 7–10 business days after final design approval.

Timelines may vary based on order size, season, or material availability.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and must be approved prior to production.
Refunds for Errors or Damage
We will gladly correct or replace an item if:

The item arrives damaged

There is a printing or production error on our part
To be eligible:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include clear photos of the issue

Items must be unused and in original condition
Approved replacements will be remade and shipped at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

Incorrect size selection

Color differences due to screen or monitor variations

Spelling errors approved in the final mockup

Design changes requested after approval

Wear and tear after use
Reorders
Yes — you may reorder custom designs in the future.
